Warcraft III Reforged has been delayed. The release date was set in 2019 but has been delayed until January 2020. We don’t know anything about a possible refund because of the delay.
Update about refund
I just received an email with a refund link from Blizzard. It would seem that you can refund the game before release.
Delayed
It is no surprise the game got delayed. The beta is very unstable and has much lag. Still at Blizzcon back in November they said that the game would release in 2019. Also the reforged campaign was scraped. It seems like they underestimated the effort to build the game back in 2018. There is no news about anything else at this moment but we keep you updated. In addition, players who pre-purchase either version will get access to the ongoing beta test for Warcraft III: Reforged.
