It has been a while since i made this website and times have changed a lot since then. We are trying to stop climate change, we have had to deal with Covid-19 and now there is a war going on between Putin and Ukraine. But these are not the only things that changed. Technology also changed during the pandemic with more focus on working from home. So i felt is was time for a Site Modernization to bring Nuanet in the 2020’s.
Reordering
First thing that you may notice is the new menu bar. Instead of topics there are now category’s. These categories represent a important part of this website such as Tutorials and Mods.
Below each menu button is now a mega menu where you can select a specific part of the site. This makes it easier to find what you want because before you had to search through a lot of pages and menus.
Return of Color schemes
I also brought back an old feature, color schemes. This was introduced in 2019 but the technologie at that moment was unstable so i removed it after a few months. Now 3 years later the technology has improved a lot and i feel it is powerful enough to implement it once again. You will now see the site based on your browser theme (Dark or Light mode).
Site Modernization
The site was also made with HD (1080p) screens in mind. These day’s 4K is getting more popular so adaptations had to be made. I also updated the design a little. While most thing largely are the same some minor tweaks made the site look a bit more modern. Like some rounded corners here and there and a new cleaner font.
