Install Windows XP
First you need to Install Windows XP on your PC. Make sure you have a Licence key and a bootable disk or USB to install the OS.
Make Windows XP ready to use
After you completed the installation of Windows XP on your PC you will be unable to reach most of the internet with the build in Internet Explorer and you probably missing some drivers too. Lets fix these things one at a time.
- Download the Windows XP install tools here.
- Install Service Pack 2
- Run the Windows installer 3.1 file on your computer.
- Install Service Pack 3
- Run the Opera installer on you computer.
- Now install Driver Booster and let it Update your drivers.
- After you restarted your PC the screen resolution should be higher now and you should have sound.
